Kenneth G. Porter
Kenneth G. Porter, Partner, obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree with honours from the University of the West Indies in 1993. He then attended the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica where, in 1995 he received his Legal Education Certificate. After working for almost two years in a mid-sized firm in Jamaica where he practiced civil litigation and Probate/Administration of Estates, he relocated to Anguilla in 1997 where he continued to pursue the practice of law at Keithley Lake & Associates. In 2001 he obtained a Master of Laws Degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London.
Kenneth is a member of the Society of Estates and Trust Practitioners (STEP), the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA), the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Association of European Lawyers (AEA), the Congress of Fellows of the Center for International Legal Studies (CILS), and the Anguilla Financial Services Association (AFSA) of which he is a past executive member. He is admitted to the Bars of Jamaica, Anguilla, and St. Kitts/Nevis.
He practices and advises on Commercial Law, Real Estate Acquisitions & Development Projects, Trusts & Estates, Civil & Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property Law, Information Technology Law/E-Commerce Matters and Government Relations.
