1. Definitions.

2. Grant of Copyright License.

Subject _ the terms _ conditions of this License, each Contributor hereby grants _ You a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license _ reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, _ distribute _ Work _ such Derivative Works in Source _ Object form.

3. Grant of Patent License.

Subject _ the terms _ conditions of this License, each Contributor hereby grants _ You a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated in this section) patent license _ make, have made, use, offer _ sell, sell, import, _ otherwise transfer _ Work, where such license applies only _ those patent claims licensable by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their Contribution(s) alone _ by combination of their Contribution(s) with _ Work _ which such Contribution(s) was submitted. 8. Limitation of Liability.
